Cash or Card?
A lot of Cork pubs and shops don’t have card machines, so it maybe more convenient to carry cash. There are a number of ATMS on north Main Street.
Many of the cafes along the street have wifi access, our personal favourites are:
- GULPD @ Triskel
- Filter @ St. Peter’s Church
- Theatre house cafe on Kyle street
- Cavanaghs on Liberty Street
- BDSM & Vicarstown on North Main Street
Can I take photographs?
Photography for personal use is generally permitted – only compact cameras, basic SLR cameras and mobile phones with camera functions are permitted at the event.
Professional equipment needs prior permission. In general, recording of any kind is prohibited without the explicit permission of the event organiser or an artist. The publication of such recordings will be subject to prosecution.
Can I help out?
YES! Volunteers are required for a number of positions including box office, front of house, event stewards, and marketing. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to get involved.
Are there any age limits?
Some events are restricted to over 18. Please see festival brochure for more details.
